Genesis 22:13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.
22:14 And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.
"Jehovah Jireh- Jehovah will provide. Gen. 22:13,14- see Gen 22:8, Psa. 78:20 I Sam. 16:1 - When Abraham called the name of the place where God tested him- and provided a ram - instead of his only son (of promise) he named it this which means Jehovah, The One Who Provides. The word Jireh is simply translated as, to see or appear. In this instance, it was the God who saw, or in His Eternal wisdom and knowledge 'He foresaw' the need, and made provision for it. For Jehovah to see a need, is to provide for that need!
After all, Provision is to foresee and thus provide, for with God provision and pro-vision is all the same. Another form of the word Jireh is used to foresee, and is translated 'seer' or prophet. I Sam. 9:9 - God will provide could also be worded "God will see to it, or 'Gods' provision will be seen' and of course God's great provision was Jesus Christ, The lamb of God, who took away the sins of the world. Putting trust in any other thing (such as a lottery, a job, another source of money, or any thing) other than the Lord Jesus Christ is not trusting Him to the fullest, of which we should do..... author

2 Chronicles 26:5 And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper.
Here is a thought that we will always have poor
people
in the world and we are to be a help.
Deuteronomy 15:11 For the poor
shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee,
saying,
Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to
thy
needy, in thy land.
Psalms 41:1 <To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.> Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.
Giving breaks the bonds of Satan on your finances. Giving brings prosperity, because it is in accord with the Lord's principles. What you do with your finances and how you handle them can be tied to your health and wealth as well as your family's health and wealth ..... author
Proverbs 3:9 Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
Proverbs 11:25 The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.
Proverbs 19:17 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
Proverbs 21:26 He coveteth greedily all the day long: but the righteous giveth and spareth not.
Proverbs 28:27 He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.
Malachi 3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
Matthew 6:2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
Do you think you may be another "Job"?
"Job 42:10 And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
If you think you are another Job, that means you'll have twice as much as you ever had, before. You will be healed and live to be old. (Job lived one hundred years AFTER the events recorded in the Bible.) If you are another Job you will prosper...." Quoted from the Bible notes in Keneth Hagin's Bible with notes and extras.
Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
The Following scriptures are showing the
blessing

When we give by faith, the Lord will give it back to
us
many times over. If we give as to the Lord, he will also bless us in
many
ways we may not see at the time.

2 Corinthians 9:6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Quoted from GVA TODAY by Morris Cerrulo found on the Internet at: http://www.mcwe.com/ :
(From the parable of the master giving his servants money to use until he gets back from a trip.....Matt. 25: 13-30)
"As Christians, we are called to be stewards of God's money. It is never ours -- it's always His. And as His stewards, we're to treat the money as if it's His. We should put the money to work earning more money.
The biggest trap leading to poverty is treating money as a finite asset --- meaning that you only have a limited supply, and when that's gone, you must find another supply. But if you treat money as an asset that can reproduce itself, you then treat it as the servants who had the five and ten talents --- you put it to work earning more money.
That means that no matter how much God has entrusted to us, we should strive to induce it to increase --- whether that means simply investing it in an interest-bearing bank account or planting it in a college education. No matter the actual mode of increase, it's clear that we should strive for the increase.
One of the most important steps you can take is sowing God's money into the ground of the ministry --- because the parable's first meaning was simple: God's focus is not on money, it's on the Kingdom of God.
The more we focus on achieving
the
goals of the Kingdom, the less important money will be to us, and the
more
we'll treat it as God's stewards. Sowing money into the ministry of
reaching
souls is one of the best investments you can make...... " Quoted
